Monday
For as long as I can remember, Monday has been the day to get I. Track. Many times I won't get past breakfast, and rarely do I get past Tuesday. This is all going to change though. I started the fitness part this past Tuesday and will start hard core with my trainer tomorrow. Fitness, eating, water and sleep will all correspond with my goal of losing 219 lbs! My food plan is just going to be clean eating, no processed or fast foods. I will work out with my trainer 3 x per week and do a workout video tge rest if the week. I will sleep 6-8 hrs nightly and drink at least 180 oz of water daily! It's late so I'm gonna call it a night but my success story us on it's way!
